Instinctively Green were appointed by Tamworth Borough Council through a competitive tender to work with the local strategic partnership (LSP) to produce and deliver a bespoke climate change strategy for the town of Tamworth.
South Cambs Business Tool
Instinctively Green were commissioned by South Cambridgeshire District Council to devise and test a new, unique business engagement tool, “Sustainable Business Tool” (SBT) which focusses on local businesses approach to sustainability.

Fenland Future Ltd
Instinctively Green were appointed by Fenland Future Ltd (FFL) in late 2021 to provide practical advice and support to the newly formed wholly owned subsidiary of Fenland District Council.
Design Panel Advice
Instinctively Green through Adam Broadway, was invited by Hyas to become a member of a cross discipline design review panel for the newly emerging plan for St Cuthbert's, Carlisle's new sustainable urban extension.

Longhurst Housing Group are seeking to bring forward an exemplar sustainable development on land secured in Humberston, North East Lincolnshire.
Northumbrian Water
NWL is a private water company incorporating Northumbrian Water and Essex and Suffolk Water companies. For three years Adam has been the lead director and project manager for a unique asset disposal programme commissioned by Northumbrian Water Ltd (NWL).
Allia Housing
Instinctively Green were appointed by the social enterprise company, Allia, in December 2016 to provide project management support for an innovative energy efficient housing scheme in Peterborough.
Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined
Instinctively Green were commissioned by South Cambridgeshire District Council in March 2017 to write an “issues” paper on Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) for the newly created Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority.
Cambridge K1 Cohousing Project
Instinctively Green were instrumental in the set-up, creation and formalisation of Cambridge’s first ever self-commissioned Cohousing scheme known as the k1 project (Orchard Park, north Cambridge)
Five Rivers Cohousing
Our role was to provide advice and support to the existing community group in helping them to bring forward their ambition to commission, build and own a Cohousing project of 15-22 homes in Sheffield.
