Instinctively Green through Adam Broadway, was invited by Hyas to become a member of a cross discipline design review panel for the newly emerging plan for St Cuthbert’s, Carlisle’s new sustainable urban extension.
The panel has now met twice to provide critical commentary on the emerging plan for the 10,000 home City extension.
