Instinctively Green has joined forces with Community Land Trust (east) to help South Cambs DC and Cambridge City produce a policy and framework to support the delivery of more community led housing projects across the two council areas.
Our work will create a policy framework for new schemes, planning guidance and a structure of initial grants to help emerging groups to carry out initial feasibility work.
