In Summer 2015 Cambridge City Council announced that a consortium called Townhus was appointed the preferred development partner to deliver the City’s first Cohousing scheme at Orchard Park, Cambridge.
Townhus consist of development agents Town and a Swedish timber frame company, Trivselhus. The system uses a high performance and sustainable timber frame system.
