In March 2024, Fenland Future Ltd (the wholly owned subsidiary of Fenland District Council) took ownership of a large regeneration site in Wisbech. This site at Nene Waterfront will deliver around 120 new homes including an all affordable extra care scheme.
In addition, FFL exchanged contracts with FDC to develop a site to the east of Chatteris for around 80 homes. This site (The Elms) , subject to a reserved matters planning application, will be designed and constructed by Lovell Partnership.
Instinctively Green is providing project management and facilitation support to FFL and is delighted to achieved these important initial milestones for this new exciting development company.
