In early December 2022, after a year of negotiations, the Spider Park project for Five Rivers Cohousing started on site.
The scheme is being built by Oakworth Homes and will comprise 22 homes (flats and houses) plus a lovely common house with communal gardens.
The site has terrific views across northern Sheffield.
Completion will be December 2023.
