A detailed planning application for a 22 home plus common house, Cohousing project has now been submitted by consultants Benchmark and the constructor Oakworth Homes.
The scheme on previouisly owned Sheffield City land at Severnfields in Sheffield follows 18 months hard work.
If approved work will start on site in the summer 2022 and ideally the homes will be ready for a Christmas party in Dec 2023.
