Delighted to report that the Five Rivers Cohousing project in Sheffield has secured a detailed planning permission under delegated approval.
This is a great story achieved by partnership with the constructor Oakworth Homes and the design team lead by Benchmark.
The project is now in final detaield design with a view to start on site in the late Summer.
Fiver Rivers will deliver a 22 home Cohousing project with common house and joint open space.
